If you are between sizes, we recommend the following:
  • For pants and skirts, choose the size that is closest to your waist measurement. There is ease (stretch or additional room) built into the hips of all of our bottoms but our waistbands are fused for stability and so they will not stretch.
  • For dresses, choose the size that is closest to your bust measurement. If you would like a more tailored fit, size down if you are in-between sizes e.g. if you are a 33" bust, 26" waist and 36" hip, we would recommend sizing down to the LQ 0 despite a slightly larger bust and waist. 
  • If you do not have your measurements or there is a particular brand that you prefer the fit of, compare size charts to determine the closest LQ size to theirs.

For final sale items, return shipping is at your own expense. 

To exchange a product, please submit a request to support@lisaqu.com with your full name and order number, and requested exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability so please contact us to reserve the item. 

Once we are in receipt of your return, we will ship out your new order. 

Due to the large volume of orders, please allow up to 48-72 hours for a response. 

 

Shipping information

  • FREE Standard Shipping for all domestic orders (1-3 business days) over USD $400.
  • FREE Standard International Shipping for all orders over USD $500 (7-10 business days).
  • Domestic and International Express Shipping also available.  
  • All orders are shipped directly from our US warehouse within 24 hours, except over weekends.

All orders received on weekdays before 13:00 EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out on the Monday.

We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations before ordering.

 

Pre-Orders

All pre-ordered items will be shipped on or before the shipping date stated below the 'Pre-order' button on the product page. If your order contains an in-stock product and pre-ordered product, they will be shipped at the same time when the pre-ordered product becomes available.

 

Return policy

Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt.

Garments must be returned in a saleable condition (defined below). Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered, washed or are missing the original tags, will not be accepted. 

Earrings and hair accessories can not be returned for refunds or exchanges unless deemed faulty. This is due to hygiene reasons. Rings, necklaces and other accessories may be returned for exchanges only. 

Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payment i.e. PayPal account or the credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. Refunds will be processed once the garment is received at our warehouse. 

All returns will be at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping method on all returns. We are not responsible for any missing parcels.

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt.

Garments must be returned in a saleable condition (defined below). Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered, washed or are missing the original tags, will not be accepted.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. To exchange a garment for another size or style, please return your order for a refund, and repurchase the required item.

Gift cards have no expiry and can be redeemed at any time in the future. 

 

How do I request an exchange or refund?

Email us at support@lisaqu.com so we can process the return.

  1. Include your full name and order number in the email
  2. For exchanges, please return your current order and submit a new order for the required size, colour or style. 

 

Saleable Condition

We take great pride in the superior quality of our garments.

Each garment undergoes three rounds of quality control in each production batch before they leave the factory. This includes checks for loose threads, damaged hardware, stains, tears or holes and other soiled conditions. For jewelry this involves damages to closures or features, tarnishes and other breakages.

They are immediately packaged and sent to our warehouse who will do the fourth and final check before the garments are tissue wrapped and mailed to you. All returned garments receive an additional check before being placed back into inventory.

If in the unlikely event a garment arrives in sub-standard condition, please contact support@lisaqu.com with a photo or description of the fault for further instructions. 

In order for a garment to be accepted as in "saleable condition" it must not be:

  • Damaged; including (but not limited to) soils, stains, tears, deodorant marks and makeup marks 
  • Worn; please take care when trying the garment on by ensuring you are not wearing perfume or deodorant which could leave scents or marks on the item
  • Altered; no alterations in hardware, hems or garment features
  • Washed

 

Late or lost deliveries

Please specify the correct shipping address as LISA QU takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or left unattended.  

Any order discrepancies relating to missing/lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at support@lisaqu.com within 30 days of the order being dispatched.

Couriers may update the tracking as “delivered” prior to delivery, so please allow up to 24 hours before assuming the parcel is lost. If after this period, you're still unable to locate your order, contact our support team with your order details and we'll do all we can to help out.
