    All orders received on weekdays before 13:00 EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out on the Monday.

    We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations before ordering.

     

    Pre-Orders

    All pre-ordered items will be shipped on or before the shipping date stated below the 'Pre-order' button on the product page. If your order contains an in-stock product and pre-ordered product, they will be shipped at the same time when the pre-ordered product becomes available.

     

    Return policy

    Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt.

    Garments must be returned in a saleable condition i.e. clean, tags attached, in original packaging. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. 

    Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payment i.e. PayPal account or the credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. Free return shipping on all US orders. Any international shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

    We recommend that you return your order via a tracked shipping method, we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

    2. Include your full name and order number in the email
    3. If you would like an exchange, include the name, size and color of the new item/items

     

    Late or lost deliveries

    Please specify the correct shipping address as LISA QU takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or left unattended.  

    Any order discrepancies relating to missing/lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at [email protected] within 14 days of the order being dispatched.

    Couriers may update the tracking as “delivered” prior to delivery, so please allow up to 24 hours before assuming the parcel is lost. If after this period, you're still unable to locate your order, contact our support team with your order details and we'll do all we can to help out.
